Prana Gauranga Das
In 2013, while studying languages, Prana encountered the Hare Krishnas. That same year, he moved into the ashram to follow a strict monastic life. In 2015, he took formal initiation by Sri Gopal Krsna Goswami Maharaja. Ever since, he has been travelling, distributing Bhagavad Gita, teaching, and serving as a priest at the local Krishna temple.
Lakshminath
Lakshminatha dasa has been practicing bhakti yoga for the past fifty years. While living in Ottawa, Lakshminatha started reading Bhagavad-gita and joined the Ottawa temple ashram shortly after in June of 1974. He was initiated in January 1975 by the founder of the Hare Krishna Movement Srila Prabhupada. Over the years, he has visited all corners of India about twenty times, staying there on different occasions for several months. Although having served in managing functions in the ashram, his main service has been to encourage and help others on their spiritual Krishna consciousness journey.
