Bringing a touch of the beautiful Indian (Vedic) culture to Montreal!

For centuries, the interest of European explorers to discover cultural wealth of India has driven them to amazing findings, such as the discovery of the North American continent itself. We may remember that there is a good historical reason why we call the native population of this continent ‘indians’.
Today the cultural wealth of India continues to inspire and attract the world, and we are presenting you an unforgettable opportunity to taste the flavours of this ancient tradition – so different, but so welcoming!

We are excited to announce that this year’s festival – the 39th Annual Festival of India (also known as Ratha-Yatra) will be taking place on July 8 and 9, 2017.

The event will begin with a euphoric parade down St-Laurent street (beginning at the corner of Milton). The celebrations then will shift to Jeanne-Mance Park for two days of festivities expected to draw close to 12,000 people.

The festival is open to the public and free for everyone.
